compliments what are the ones we wanna hear ??

If your like me excepting compliments is difficult to except , are their just words?? Do their mean them?? Or is just something that a given and natural thing to say that you wanna hear ??.

The normal compliments are things like "your hot" "your handsome" but what about compliments that's aren't just about physical appearance based.

Things like " you have a wonderful character" 

" your engery excited me " " your funny personality is attractive " are theses the ones we need and actually feel like there geuine ??.

One tip that I would suggest If you really want to compliment some one try not to make it about there appearance , because there more to that person then outter shell.
