If your like me excepting compliments is difficult to except , are their just words?? Do their mean them?? Or is just something that a given and natural thing to say that you wanna hear ??. The normal compliments are things like "your hot" "your handsome" but what about compliments that's aren't just about physical appearance based. Things like " you have a wonderful character"  " your engery excited me " " your funny personality is attractive " are theses the ones we need and actually feel like there geuine ??. What are " the walls" that is described in dating,  Walls that are there to protect us from getting hurt again. When do we allow our walls to come down ?? Should their ever come down?? If we both have our walls up then how will it progress??. Walls are good to have up both for men and woman, if for any reason you been hurt in past relationships then this " wall" is like our armour our safety zone, our comfort zone. How do we feel about dating in today world ?? That's a very big question, few words that spring to mind are , scary & confusing and frustrating.
